ARSENAL are expected to finally launch a £24million bid to sign Everton midfielder Marouane Fellaini according to the Liverpool Daily Post
Gunners manager Arsene Wenger has been tracking Fellaini for some time as he looks to bolster his team’s physical presence in midfield.
The Belgium international has a widely-reported release clause in his Goodison contract that allows him to join a Champions League-qualified club that meets the asking price of £24m.
Wenger is close to breaking Arsenal’s transfer record with a £22m deal for Real Madrid striker Gonzalo Higuain.
And, armed with significant backing from the club’s board, the Frenchman is now seriously considering smashing the landmark for a second time in a matter of days by making an offer for Fellaini.
The 25-year-old has made no secret of his desire to appear in the Champions League, and is open to a move away from Goodison following David Moyes’s departure to Manchester United last month.

I just want Arsenal to put their money where their mouth is and activate the clause. Then see if Fellaini is interested or wants to hold out for a better offer.
It’s important that we get him moving asap as we don’t want to lose him close to the start of the season. No point having plenty of cash when all the best bargains have gone. Pushes Martinez towards panic buying. He will leave, we just want the deal done for the big fella sooner rather than later. Arsenal have acted without class. Talking about Rooney and Fellaini when they belong to other clubs. Their club has some complete muppets for fans too after reading some of their comments on other sites!
hould hire Kondogbia or Weymana, or parker this sale and cheap. and felli going to star in my arsenal, but I support you, Barkley will be a legend.
What about Christian Benteke of Aston Villa.
