Everton have joined the race for Swiss forward Josip Drmic, according to reports in Germany.
The Toffees are set to go head to head with Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal for the signature of the Swiss international who currently plays for Nurnberg.
Drmic has been in good form in the Bundesliga for Nurnberg this season, scoring 11 goals in 23 games.
While his performance has interested a number of potential suitors, including Gunners boss Arsene Wenger and Borussia Dortmund, it is understood Everton are also been watching the player.
According to Bild, Toffees boss Roberto Martinez has been receiving regular scout reports and a contingent was in the crowd to watch the game against Stuttgart in which Drmic scored twice.
This report comes hours after reporting Martinez has a healthy balance to be active in the summer transfer window.
Drmic is just one of a number of targets and Martinez will be keen not to enter a bidding war with Arsenal and Tottenham.
