    Brands targeting the worlds best starting with young German

    New Everton Director of Football Marcel Brands is looking to target the best young players in the world and will start with Germany u17 international Josha Vagnoman according to ESPN.

    The Hamburg defender is out of contract in the summer and Brands as identified him as a future star but faces competition for his signature.

    Arsenal are in pole position to land the full back and RB Leipzig, Chelsea and Bayern Munch are also showing an interest in Vagnoman who has also been offered a new contract by Hamburg.

    The 17 year old became the second youngest ever Bundesliga player making his senior debut against Bayern Munich at the age of just 17 years and three months.
