    Cardiff City are launching an ambitious bid for Toulouse midfielder Etienne Capoue according to the Daily Mail

    Manager Malky Mackay has faced a series of disappointments in his efforts to attract top players but is hopeful of persuading the 25-year-old to move to Wales.

    Capoue is valued at £10million and is keen to play in the Premier League where he has attracted interest from Tottenham, Everton, Liverpool and Arsenal in the past year.
