Everton and Inter Milan to bid for Highly rated Swiss prodigy Granit Xhaka
Everton are reported to be interested in Granit Xhaka who is rated as the best young player coming out of Switzerland at the moment. Kosovan born Xhaka who plays for Borussia Monchengladbach has been linked to the toffees in reports coming out of the Swiss press.
Inter Milan are also linked with the 21 year old who moved to Gladbach for a fee of £7.2m.
Xhaka recently helped his countrymen to reach the World Cup finals in Brazil and has been touted as one of the best young players in the world and Everton manager Roberto Martinez is thought to be keen to add the players to his growing ranks of exceptional young talent.
Xhaka has recently been linked with Evertons city rivals Liverpool and also Arsenal.
A strong, aggressive and powerful central midfielder with an excellent passing range, he has been compared to Germanys Bastien Schweinsteiger by Ottmar Hitzfeld and has a contract until 2017. It is thought a bid of around £15m would get the player.
