Everton and Newcastle have both made enquiries about Blackpool winger Tom Ince according to the Daily Mail.
Tottenham set the ball rolling by opening talks about an £8million move for the 21-year-old on Sunday.
It is expected that bids will be accepted by the club but it is understood the player, who turned down a move to Cardiff earlier in the summer because he wants to stay in the north west with his family, wants to stay and play for his dad, Paul, until January.
In the next transfer window he will be open to a Premier League move after he has played more first-team football in the Championship.
Either way, once Blackpool accept a bid for Ince they are duty-bound to tell Liverpool and allow Liverpool to bid the same amount under the terms of Ince’s sale to Liverpool.
