    Everton and Spurs set for £10m striker battle

    Everton and Tottenham Hotspur are set to battle it out for £10m rated Fenerbahce striker Emmanuel Emineke according to Turkish sports site Fanatik.com.tr

    The 27 year old Nigerian has scored 12 goals in 28 appearances with a further 9 assists for the Turks and this follows a spell in Russia with Spartak Moscow where he scored 21 goals in 42 games.

    The Nigerian international has had a varied career and has been linked in a match fixing saga, which caused him to initially be sold by Fenebahce weeks after first signing him, but no credible evidence could be found and the player was cleared in court.
