    Everton, Arsenal & Liverpool scout highly-rated defensive duo

    Everton, Arsenal and Liverpool had club scouts at PSV Eindhoven during their 2-0 home defeat to Feyenoord on Sunday to watch two highly rated defenders.

    The scouts had been to watch long time Everton target Bruno Martins-Indi and also fellow Feyenoord defender Stefan De Vrij.  Centre-back Martins-Indi was linked to a move to Everton in the last summer transfer window and is seen as the long term replacement for veteran defender Sylvain Distin.

    Indi, who’s full name is Rolando Maximiliano “Bruno” Martins Indi can also play left-back and the 22 year old has played 13 times for his country.

    Fellow 22 year old De Vrij is also a centre-back by trade and has played 9 times for his country.

    Both of the Dutch internationals are expected to leave the club in the summer and the race for Champions League places may be decisive in luring the players to the Premier League.
