    Everton capture exciting defender

    Everton have completed the signing of 17 year old defender Matty Foulds and have immediately put him on a 2 year plan to achieve first team football.

    A deal for the young centreback was arranged back in November, but with the opening of the transfer window the former Bury player has signed a contract with the toffees.

    The defender has been playing trial games for Everton under 18’s and under 21’s and has signed for an undisclosed fee.
