Everton to complete deal for Belgian striker who isn’t Romelu Lukaku
Everton are set to complete the signing of Belgian youth international David Henen according to reports in Belgium this morning.
The Anderlecht striker is set to sign in a €1.5m signing and Het Laatste Nieuws are running with the story by sports writer Sven Claes.
The signing could be a real coup for Everton with the striker previously close to moves to Arsenal, Porto and Manchester United and last season Henen was on loan with AS Monaco where he played for their second team.
18 year old Henen has played for Belgium at all levels from under 15 to under 18 andhas the same agent as compatriot Kevin Mirallas.
The teenager is highly rated on the continent and has even been likened to both Cristiano Ronaldo and Neymar.
