    Everton could yet broker £12m deal

    Everton remain interested in Inter Milan attacker Xherdan Shaqiri and could get broker a £12m deal for the player according to Italian outlet TuttoSport.

    Everton have long been linked with the playmaker and were reported to be close to a deal in January before the Swiss international signed for the Italians.

    Since then things haven’t quite worked out for Shaqiri and the Italians are looking to restructure their squad and the finances behind it and have let clubs know that he is available for a fee in the region of £12m.

    Schalke are interested in the attacker, who has already turned down a move to Stoke City.

    Would Shaqiri be a good signing for Everton?

    1. Shaqiri signing would be ideal, we need a quality no.10 as Martinez has already said. It would also be a statement that Everton mean business! Get it done!!!
