Everton fined after unauthorised transfer approach
Everton have been fined after an unauthorised transfer approach to Nottingham Forest over Jamaal Lascelles in 2010.
Everton were fined £45,000 and warned by the FA after breaching their football agent regulations.
Lascelles agent at the time Andy Niedzwiecki was also fined £10,000 and warned about his future conduct.
Jamaal Lascelles, who also admitted his part in the affair, has been severely warned as to his future conduct.
Everton are not allowed to appeal.
Lascelles went on to have loan spell with Stevenage. Overall he has made 9 appearances for Stevenage and 19 appearances for Forest, 15 of which have come this season.
