    Everton have £13.5m bid accepted

    Everton have had a £13.5m bid accepted for Lokomotiv Moscow striker Oumar Niasse according to the Guardian.

    The 25 year old Senegal striker is in the North West to agree terms this weekend and could make the move before the close of the transfer window next week.

    Niasse was voted the Russian Premier League’s player of 2015 and in 21 games for Lokomotiv this season he has scored 12 goals and provided 10 assists.
