Everton in surprise Podolski link
Everton have been linked with Germany international Lucas Podolski in a surprise story in the Daily Star.
The striker is back at Arsenal following a disappointing spell in Italy with Inter Milan and the Italians do not want to retain the services of the forward for next season.
Podolski scored 1 goal in 17 appearances in Serie A last season and added 1 assist.
The 30 year old is on the wanted list of Everton manager Roberto Martinez and Podolski was recently quoted as saying: “If I find the right club, right coach and right environment, I’ll evaluate it.
“If these conditions are met, I think everything is possible.”
Would Podolski be a useful player for Everton?

Have you heard if there is any truth in Deloufuo’s 3 mill transfer, carried by the Mail
Too much smoke for there to not be something in it mate. Hearing closer to €8m though.
If there is any truth in this story then Martinez needs to be sacked today.
This is a poor player looking for one last pay day, Everton need to sign Charlie Austin who scored goals for fun in a poor team, he would cost £10m.
Martinez will take us down if he is allowed this madness.
