    Everton interested in German World Cup winner

    Everton are looking to sign German World Cup winner Christoph Kramer according to the Daily Star Sunday.

    The 23 year old defensive midfielder currently plays in his homeland for Borussia Monchengladbach in the Bundesliga.

    Kramer made 33 appearances for gladbach last season and scored 3 goals in a successful season which saw him make his first competitive start for Germany in the World Cup final following an injury in the warm up to Sami Khedira before the game against Argentina.  Kramer has played 5 games for his national side following his move from Bayer Leverkusen.
