Everton interested in Portuguese attacking midfielder
Everton manager Roberto Martinez has his eye on Sporting Braga midfielder Rafael Silva according to Portuguese newspaper Record.
According to the reports a number of clubs have shown an interest in the talented Portuguese playmaker and one of those in the hunt is Everton alongside Sevilla who have scouted the player and Bayer Leverkusen, who had a €5m bid rejected in January.
The 20 year old, who’s nickname is “Rafa” has impressed since signing from Feirense and has scored once in 12 starts for Sporting Braga this season. Rafa has played 7 times for Portugals under 21’s scoring twice

Pretty pointless talking about players moving whilst a ban on transfers is in place.Even then I doubt much business will occur until after the World Cup,in case new signings get injured or lose form.
