    Everton interested in Spanish playmaker

    Everton are showing an interest in signing talented Brentford attacking midfielder Jota according to WestLondonSport.com.

    The 25 year old playmaker has enjoyed a brilliant end to the season with the bees following his return from a loan spell with Eibar, scoring 12 times in 27 appearances in 2017.

    Newcastle and West Ham United are also interested in signing the Spanish midfielder who has one year left on his current contract and is valued by the Londoners at £8m.

    He joined Brentford from Celta Vigo in 2014 and was unsettled in London before an 18-month loan deal was agreed with Eibar in January last year.
