Everton join West Brom & Swansea in the chase for Jack Colback
Everton are interested in signing Sunderland utility player Jack Colback and will do so…… but only if Sunderland lose their relegation battle in the summer.
Versatile player Colback is out of contract at the end of the season and Martinez is thought to be a big admirer according to the Newcastle Chronicle.
Colbeck still expects to be at the Stadium of Light after the January window has closed but also says that if the club accept a bid it is out of his hands
“I expect to be here at the end of January,” Colback told The Journal.
“The transfer window has nothing to do with us as players. It’s the people above who sort that out and we just have to get on with it.”
West Brom and Swansea has also been linked with the player who can play in midfield or at left-back.
Would Colback be a good signing for Everton if it came off? Have your say at www.theevertonforum.com
