Everton lead the race for Spain international
Everton are leading the race to sign Spain international Rodrigo according to a report in CalcioMercato.
The Valencia striker enjoyed a fine season last year scoring 16 times from 31 appearances and has been drafted into the Spain 2018 World Cup squad.
The 27 year old renewed his contract back in November and is also on the watchlist of Juventus and Atletico Madrid.
The Brazilian-born player is the cousin of Thiago and Rafinha Alcantara, so comes from a talented family.
Would Rodrigo be a good signing for Everton?
