Everton linked to 25 goal a season jailbird
Everton are being linked with a move for Watford striker Troy Deeney according to FootballLeagueWorld.co.uk.
The talented striker has concentrated on his football after being jailed for 10 months in 2012 for kicking a man in the head during a brawl. The 25 year old was released after 3 months as it was a first offence and since then has concentrated on his football scoring 44 goals over the last 2 seasons.
A fee of £4m is being reported and this could prove decent business for Everton who are badly in need of a striker with only 1 experienced striker on their books following the loan moves of Lacina Traore and Romelu Lukaku and the contract expiration on Apostolos Vellios.
The striker won both the Watford Player of the Season award for 2013/14 and also won the Players’ Player of the Year at the end of season awards
