    Everton linked with move for Jack Grealish

    Everton are being linked with a move for Aston Villa midfielder Jack Grealish as they look to add some creativity to their midfield according to the Mirror.

    The Championship club need to raise some money and offload some high earners off their wage bill as they look to comply with Financial Fair Play regulations and Grealish could raise a hefty sum.

    The 22 year old has excelled for the midlanders this season and has been one of the stand out players in the Villa team that just missed out on promotion via the play offs, eventually losing to Fulham in the final.

    Villa have already announced that John Terry is leaving the club and are expecting bids from Everton, Leicester and West Ham United for the midfielder, who looks to be concentrating on football now.
