Everton look to replace Eto’o with Alexandre Pato
Everton manager Roberto Martinez is looking into the possibility of signing former AC Milan striker Alexandre Pato on loan if he can prove his fitness according to SportItalia.
The Brazilian striker has been linked with a move to QPR, but boss Harry Redknapp has dismissed speculation linking the 25 year old.
The striker is on loan to Sao Paulo from Corinthians and has a 1 in 3 striking record for both clubs. Pato has played 27 times for Brazil scoring 10 goals in the process.
The striker would fit in perfectly at Goodison Park having suffered a multitude of hamstring injuries over the years.
