Everton looking at new defensive transfer targets
Everton could be set to switch their attention from Sunderland centreback Lamine Kone with a move for Valencia defender Aymen Abdennour according to the British press.
According to reports a move of around £15m is likely and with Sunderland stalling on a move, Everton could switch their attentions to the Tunisian.
The defender only moved to Valencia last summer and their owner Peter Lim was in London this weekend to discuss potential moves for a number of players.
Everton are still short of defensive cover following the sale of John Stones to Manchester City.
Would Abdennour be a good signing for Everton?
