    Everton midfielder linked with moves to West Brom and Burnley

    Veteran Everton midfielder Gareth Barry is being linked with moves to West Bromwich Albion and Burnley according to the British Press.

    Barry faces competition to get in the team this season and is only 6 appearances away from Ryan Giggs Premier League appearance record and at 36 may feel he has a better chance with a team with less competition in midfield.

    The Express and Star believes the 2 Premier League clubs are interested and his old team Aston Villa are also keeping an eye on any developments.

    Barry has proved a very good acquisition for Everton since moving from Manchester City in a £2m move under Roberto Martinez.
