    Everton need to move fast to sign Steve Mandanda

    Everton will need to get a move on if they wish to sign out of contract French goalkeeper Steve Mandanda according to reports in France.

    Monaco have made a move for the Marseille captain and could be set to sign the 31 year old unless he receives an offer from the toffees soon.

    Everton are searching for a new goalkeeper with the news that long term number 1 Tim Howard is set to move back to the MLS in the summer, leaving Joel Robles as the only recognised first team goalkeeper.

    Mandanda is seen as a strong candidate to replace Howard and is said to prefer a move to the Premier League.
