News that the bidding has opened for Nathan Redmond’s services has seen three other clubs register an interest in the England Under-21 international according to the Daily Mail
So far, Norwich City, Swansea City and Fulham have all tabled concrete £2m offers for the winger as Birmingham look to sell due to financial issues.
But now West Brom, Everton and Reading have also shown an interest, although no bids have been received at St Andrew’s for the player from that trio of clubs.
Redmond was recently the only bright spark from an England Under 21 team who were terrible at the tournament in Israel. Redmond, 19, was one of the few players to impress under Stuart Pearce at this month’s European Championships after earning a late call-up when Wigan’s Callum McManaman was ruled out with injury.
He became Birmingham’s second youngest ever player, behind Trevor Francis, when he made his debut at the age of 16 years and 173 days in a League Cup tie against Rochdale.
