    Everton offered superb 22 year old midfielder

    Everton and West Ham have been offered Real Madrid midfielder Mateo Kovacic according to the Daily Mail.

    According to the report Madrid are willing to sell the 22 year old for £30m this summer.

    Croatian Kovacic can play as a holding midfielder or a box-to-box midfielder and is highly rated.  He was brought to Madrid by previous manager Rafa Benitez, but has failed to settle.
