Everton planning £8m Deulofeu raid
Everton are planning an £8m raid on former loan signing Gerard Deulofeu as Roberto Martinez looks to inject some much needed confidence back into his ailing Everton side.
According to the Daily Star the club are set to approach Barcelona about the player returning, but this time on a permanent transfer but the report also says that this will be in the summer.
Deulofeu was a success on Merseyside and is currently on loan at Spanish club Seville as he looks to prove himself to the Barca hierarchy. Deulofeu forced himself into the Spain squad following his Everton spell and might welcome a return to the blues.

What the hell has Martinez done to this club this season? I’m not just worried! But angry too, that this supposed football manager keeps on waffling! That’s all people are interested in are results you idiot! Not performances! So he thinks it’s ok to come out & say ( as he regularly does these days) the performance was good, but we didn’t get the result we wanted! What sort of tosh is that? Then MR clever change things! I urge Bill Kenwright to dump him if we Draw or lose our next match. Martinez talks a good game, but he certainly has no philosophy on the pitch this season. Heads are getting down, someone do something positive please? I’d be happy for Tony Pulis to come in. At least he knows how to defend games! Not like this buffoon!
