Lacina Traore season long loan move to be finalised by Everton shortly
Lacina Traore is poised to re-sign for Everton on a season long loan deal from AS Monaco and will be the first signing this summer for Everton Football Club.
The 6 ft 8 inch striker has been seen in Merseyside and is set to extend his stay at Goodison Park which ended prematurely in the pre match warm up before last seasons game against Chelsea.
Traore scored 1 goal in 1 game for the blues and Everton manager Roberto Martinez was keen to see the big Ivorian comeback to the club.

Great move by Roberto. The lad deserves a chance.
I’m not sure if that’s a good or a bad thing but if RM wants him, that’s good enough for me?
I think he could be exceptional as a striker. I think he has made a connection to us too. But, a little thought keeps nagging at the back of my skull that there was something very wrong about his move to Monaco from Russia. I just hope that all of this wheeling dealing and financial sleight of hand doesn’t come and bite us on the gluteus maximus.
