    Everton set to land €20m striker

    Everton are set to land striker Diego Rolan for €20m from Bordeaux this week if they up their €15m offer according to Italian journalist Alfredo Pedulla.

    Rolan is a striker who can also play on the wing or as a second striker and could be brought in to help provide much needed options to the blues attack.

    The Uruguayan striker has scored 24 goals in 89 appearances for the French club, despite often being played on the wing in Ligue 1.

    Rolan has played 17 times for his country scoring 3 goals.
