Everton could be set to move for Toulon player of the tournament
Everton could be set to move for young Sheffield United attacker David Brooks according to a report in the Telegraph.
The former Manchester City academy star was announced as the player of the tournament for England as they came out winners of the recent Toulon Tournament, scoring in the final.
The 19 year old had been set to join Chesterfield on loan, but that has now been cancelled following interest from clubs higher in the league including Everton.
Everton have been targeting promising youth players with an established pathway to the first team and recently sign Dominic Calvert-Lewin from the Blades.
Is the approach to sign promising young players working for Everton?
