    Everton set to outspend Chelsea for key target

    Everton are set to rock the football world with a €55m move for Senegal international Kalidou Koulibaly according to reports in Italy.

    The Napoli defender is being touted for the big money move by SportItalia who claim that Everton will offer €55m, while Chelsea will only offer €45m.

    The 25 year old is highly rated on the continent and is widely regarded as one of the best defenders in Serie A.

    Everton could be set to lose John Stones to Manchester City with various newspaper reports saying that a deal will definitely go through.  Stones reported back for pre-season training this week.
