Everton set to ditch Allardyce in huge overhaul
Everton are set to sack manager Sam Allardyce in the summer and replace him with Shakhtar Donetsk manager Paulo Fonseca according to John Cross in the Mirror.
Director of Football Steve Walsh could also be axed according to the report, with long term target Marcel Brands brought into the club to head up this position.
The article says that both major shareholder Farhad Moshiri and Chairman Bill Kenwright are on board with the change and feel a younger progressive manager will help with their Champions League ambitions.
PSV man Brands is being looked at to revamp a troubled club who’s spending on poor players has resulted in no improvement for the blues.
If this news comes off would it make you dance in the street?
