Everton start negotiations for French defender
Everton have started negotiations with Udinese for the transfer of French Defender Thomas Heurtaux according to Sport Mediaset and credible Italian journalist Tancredi Palmeri on twitter.
The 27 year old centre-back can also operate at right-back and had been one of the star performers for the Serie A club last season.
Heurtaux has previously had spells at SM Caen – the French club he started his career at – as well as a spell on loan at Cherbourg, currently plays in Serie A for Udinese. The 6ft tall Frenchman made 25 appearances for the Pozzo-owned Italian outfit last season, making him a fairly regular starter for the Zebrette.
