    Everton submit bid for Bundesliga defender Tisserand

    Everton have submitted a €3m bid for FC Ingolstadt defender Marcel Tisserand according to French outlet RMC Sport.

    The 24 year old former AS Monaco, Lens and Toulouse player can play as a centreback or left back and is also wanted by AS Saint-Etienne who have submitted a larger bid of €5m.

    According to the report the Germans want €8m for the left sided Congolese defender and negotiations are continuing to see if an agreement can be reached.

    Everton are in the marketplace to try and find defensive reinforcements for the injured Ramiro Funes Mori.
