According to newspaper reports, Everton are due to make a £1m bid for Slovenian keeper Jan Oblak.
Oblak who is onloan to Portuguese side Rio Ave from parent club Benfica, has been watched by Everton scouts and the club is poised to make it’s move. Oblak has previous with another Premier League club after having a loan spell at Fulham in 2009.
The 20 year old, 6ft 1 inch goalkeeper has represented his country once in September 2012 in the 2-1 loss to Norway.

Transfermarkt’s got him as out of contract / free in the summer. Or is the £1m the contribution to development because he’s under 24-type-thing? Do they do that in Europe? I get lost with all that malarkey.
Hi mate, not too sure. It was banded around in a newspaper, so not too sure on the logistics of the deal. I imagine the £1m would be alot less and that would possibly be with add ons

6’1″ sounds a bit small for a keeper to me.
