    Everton will have to up bid to £20m to land striker

    Everton will have to up their £14.5m bid to £20m if they are to land Italian striker Manolo Gabbiadini according to the Mirror Group.

    Everton tried to sign the striker in the summer but Napoli resisted their advances but now the toffees have returned with a fresh bid with a view to signing the player.

    Stoke City are also interested in signing the striker and have launched their own £20m raid for the 25 year old that has only scored 3 goals this season after struggling to break into the team.

    Everton are looking to freshen up an ageing squad and Gabbiadini can play in a number of positions across the attacking line.
