Everton will try to extend Deulofeu loan spell
Everton manager Roberto Martinez will try to extend the loan spell of Barcelona man Gerard Deulofeu for another season according to the Mirror.
The winger has been a massive hit on Merseyside following his season long loan from the Spanish side and according to the paper Everton will look to extend the loan if they qualify for the Champions League as this will give Deulofeu experience in Europe.
The 20 year old has excited Evertonians across the land with a series of breath taking displays and the news will be greeted cautiously following Barcelona’s transfer embargo that was imposed by UEFA last week as the Spaniards may require the player to return to boost their squad.
Deulofeu has made 24 appearances for the club in all competitions scoring 4 goals.
