Everton are working on a deal for £8m-rated Chelsea winger Victor Moses according to the Mail
The 22-year-old is favoured by Roberto Martinez who knows him well from his Wigan days. Everton would prefer a loan while deals for Spartak Moscow’s Aiden McGeady and Swansea’s Nathan Dyer are still under discussion.
Martinez signed Arouna Kone on Monday for £5m and will complete a deal for defender Antolin Alcaraz pending his work permit. Goalkeeper Joel Robles from Atletico Madrid should follow.
The Nigerian international signed for the Blues from Wigan Athletic in 2012, and made 13 Premier League starts this season. However, Chelsea’s summer signing of highly-rated German forward Andre Schurrle could see Moses ousted out of the side next season.
Everton manager Roberto Martinez is said to be keen on renewing acquaintances with Moses for the coming season. The pair were previously together at Wigan when Martinez was manager.
His asking price is around £7M – although Chelsea may be favourable for a loan deal if their valuation of Moses isn’t met. Everton will need to sell in order to buy, so an official approach for the 22-year old is yet to be made from the Merseyside outfit.
During his debut season at Chelsea, the Nigerian greatly impressed. While offering a more direct dimension to the side when playing, he can frequently out-pace his opposite number in games.
Moses has represented Nigeria on 14 occasions, scoring 4 goals.

Doubt that Chelsea would like to sell a player for quite a fair deal less than they paid, especially as it is a young player developing in Chelsea and who offers something we need and which breaks the mould most other players offensively offers in Chelsea. even if he seriously need to improve his ratio chances to goal.
No Moses will stay with us in Chelsea.
