    The creation we talk about is the 33 acre deluxe venue Lac de Premiere which sits 2 and a half hours from the Port of Calais.  This resort is visited by lots of celebrities including Olympic Athlete Dean Macey.  Is it a Mansion?  Is it a Health Resort? Is it a hotel?
