Everton have slapped a 30m Euro price tag on Ramiro Funes Mori amid speculation linking the Everton defender to Manchester United and Lazio.
The Argentine’s agent Jorge Cyterszpiler said:
“Lazio are a great club, but Everton do not want to sell and the value is more than [£23m],” Cyterzpiler told Italian outlet La Lazio Siamo Moi.
“But football is strange, anything can happen, he is the best left-sided centre-back in the world at the moment.”
Funes Mori signed by Everton in September for £9.5m played 37 games for Everton last season scoring 5 goals.
Everton, currently without a manager since Roberto Martinez’ departure, are expecting a busy Summer with captain Phil Jagielka expecting up to 10 players leaving with many first team players expected to move on. Romelu Lukaku has been linked with Bayern Munich, Man Utd and Chelsea in recent days and John Stones continues to be linked away with Man City the latest club said to be preparing a bid.
Will Ramiro Funes Mori still be at Everton when the season begins in August?
