    Italian Press claim Everton want Germany striker

    Everton could be set to make a move for German international Max Kruse according to Italian newspaper Il Messaggero.

    The Werder Bremen striker enjoyed a fine season last year scoring 15 goals and adding 8 assists on only 24 appearances in all competitions.

    The 29 year old only joined the Bundesliga club last summer having joined from fellow German side Wolfsburg.

    Kruse has 14 caps for his country and is also attracting interest from Liverpool and Lazio.
