    Joel Robles leaving Everton for Deportivo La Coruna

    Everton goalkeeper is set to leave the club for a minimal fee and join La Liga side Deportivo La Coruna according to Marca.

    The stopper has one year remaining on his contract and has opted to return to his homeland following the signing of goalkeeper Jordan Pickford.

    Robles was signed by former Everton manager Roberto Martinez from Atletico Madrid following a successful loan spell at Wigan Athletic where he helped them to the FA Cup.

    The deal for Robles is set to be announced in the coming days.
