    Johan Hammar loaned to Stockport

    Everton youngster Johan Hammar has joined Stockport County on loan.

    Swedish defender Hammar joined Everton from Malmo FF in July 2010, and has made eight appearances for Alan Stubbs’ Everton Under 21′s this season.

    The 18 year old will spend a month at Edgeley Park and could make his Stockport debut when County take on Lincoln City on Tuesday night.

    Stockport lie 17th in the Blue Square Premier Division, and will provide Hammar with regular football and valuable experience as the youngster develops.

    Hammar is the latest young blue to be sent out on loan after Jake Bidwell, Ross Barkley and Magaye Gueye were all allowed out on loan by David Moyes.

    The Swede is capped at Under 19 level for his country, he has worked his way up from Everton Under 18′s to the Under 21′s and after impressing so far this season, will be sent out on a temporary basis as Toffees boss David Moyes looks to give more of his younger players experience at different levels.

    Hammar is highly rated at the blues and this will give the young Swede a chance to test himself at a competitive level.
