Koeman confirms he may change a winning team
Everton manager Ronald Koeman has confirmed that he will change a winning team if he feels that is the best way to get a result.
The blues are off the back of a very successful run in recent results, but he has confirmed that he may bring in a number of players to the starting line up if he feels that is what is best for the match.
Koeman said: “It’s possible to keep the starting line-up, it’s also possible to make some changes because Schneiderlin is at a higher fitness level now and more ready to play.
“James McCarthy is doing well in training and [Ademola] Lookman’s development is impressive. That’s what makes the team stronger, having a good bench.
“We saw in the last game at Crystal Palace that it is also important to have good players on the bench. Everybody likes to start but what makes the team stronger is if you can make substitutions and the level is still improving in that game.”
Should Koeman change the starting 11?
