    Koeman in surprise Strootman move?

    Everton manager Ronald Koeman could be set for a move for Roma midfielder Kevin Strootman as the Dutchman looks to spend some of his transfer kitty on the Dutch international.

    The Liverpool Echo says that Everton could be set to make a move for the 26 year old who has seen his time in Italy hampered by injuries.

    The highly regarded Oranje midfielder tore his cruciate while playing out there and needed three lots of surgery.

    He has been linked to Everton in the past, aswell as Manchester United and Arsenal and would be seen as a top level transfer target.
