He could Kostas a lot, but Everton will try for Greek
Everton are being linked with former target Kostas Manolas as they look to sign a top name defender in the January transfer window according to Sky Italia.
The 25 year old AS Roma target was very close to a move under former manager David Moyes after agreeing a fee, but the Greek didn’t want to leave his club in a bad position and the deal was cancelled.
According to the report, Everton have already made a first offer for Manolas and will go back in with a view to signing the defender in this window.
Everton have been boosted by a £75m commercial package including the naming rights to Finch Farm by Alisher Usmanovs holding company USM.
Would Manolas be a good signing for Everton?
