Moyes to pounce on Everton to help avoid relegation
David Moyes is set to make a move for another of his former players as he tries to add a bit of experience to help Sunderland beat the drop.
According to the Northern Echo, Moyes will return to his former club to make a move for club captain Phil Jagielka.
The 34 year old has been used more sparingly under Ronald Koeman and Moyes sees him as the perfect person to help Sunderland to safety.
Sunderland have a full first team out of action due to injury and the African Cup of Nations but Moyes doesn’t have a very big transfer kitty to help them out of trouble.

We should show Moyes the same respect he has shown us in the past.
Tell him he can have Jags for £10m plus Defoe.
Let’s see how he likes that.
