Everton legend Kevin Ratcliffe has told talkSPORT that Marouane Fellaini and Leighton Baines will almost certainly leave the club this summer.
Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United are said to be keen on Belgium international Fellaini while the latter are also interested in left-back Baines, who is seen as replacement for Patrice Evra.
But the former defender has insisted that offers for the duo will have to be large for Bill Kenwright to consider accepting them.
Ratcliffe told the Transfer Tavern on Talksport: “It’s not about Marouane Fellaini and Leighton Baines wanting to stick around. I think if big bids come in for them then inevitably they’re going to go.
“There is no way the club will stand in their way because in the past if there has been the right fee the club will reluctantly let you go because they’re not in a comfortable position financially.
“It will have to be decent bids though for the club to allow it to happen.”

The headline is little misleading. There’s only one player in the world that money can’t buy,and that’s Messi. Ratcliffe is only telling us what we already knew.
