    RIP to an Everton Great: Dave Hickson

    Great Everton hero Dave Hickson passed away this afternoon.

    Dave was a centre forward in the old style, much-loved by the fans for his whole hearted play and commitment to Everton and his flamboyant on-field personality.

    He had two spells with the club, 1951 to 1956 and 1957 to 1960.

    He played 243 games for the Royal Blues and scored 111 goals.

    Dave will never be forgotten by Everton Fans
